ICONICA / CONTENT STRATEGY & STORYTELLING
Make the expertise visible.
My role: Content strategy, expert interviews, story development, copywriting, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Iconica combined architecture, engineering, and construction under one roof. I developed an audience-focused approach to its content, showing prospective clients how that expertise worked in practice: the questions the team asked, the decisions it made, and the problems it solved.
Answer the questions clients haven’t thought to ask.
I interviewed Iconica’s specialists about the issues clients rarely knew to raise before a project began: unexpected constraints, overlooked decisions, and practical considerations that could affect the plan.
Those interviews became useful, accessible stories that helped readers prepare for a project and understand the value of expert involvement early in the process.
Show the people. Reveal the thinking.
Behind-the-scenes stories revealed the people and reasoning behind the finished spaces. By explaining an inventive solution or an unexpected challenge, the content made the team’s expertise easier to recognize.
Prospective clients could see how Iconica approached a problem and what working with the team might mean for their own business.

Put the reader in the room.
The River Valley Bank article takes readers through the space as a visitor would encounter it. Coffee beside a fireplace, places to pause and talk, and a reclaimed barn door tell a story about hospitality and history. The details make the bank’s approach to service visible.

Better questions. Better beginnings.
“The First Step in a Great Space” explains why useful architectural work begins before anyone draws a plan. Questions about growth, workflow, space, and lease commitments turn predesign into a practical business conversation.

The business behind the building.
For AtlantisValley Foods, the building had to serve a fresh-food business and a carefully staged move. I connected design and engineering decisions—including an HVAC approach that avoided roof penetrations—to the owner’s operational priorities.
