Irina Ioffe
Writer, Strategist

who i am

I am creative consultant specializing in writing, brand development and management, marketing, human resource growth, leadership development and communications coaching.

My core drive is to add beauty to the world while making improvements. I accomplish that by helping business leaders refine and elevate their brands by providing them with selective rhetorical strategies and activating those strategies to meet and exceed their goals.

If reaching your business goals involves actions like, kicking off a memorable ad campaign, developing a purposeful public relations and marketing strategy, bringing out the best in your team, pulling in new talent, or creating an inspiring, educational event, I am the person to contact.

Please see my brief history below:

In 2017

Irina was ‘Featured Speaker’ on University of Wisconsin's Communications Panel. Her writing appeared in The State Journal, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, The Capital Times, The Isthmus, Madison Essentials, Madison 360, and more. She secured client appearances on local NBC 15, FOX, NBC, and CBS stations, as well as nationally. From the ground-up, Irina developed and led a high-profile branding and public relations project— the establishment of The Beacon, a homeless day resource center in Madison, WI. Through her representation of The Beacon, her client, Jackson Fonder was named the ‘In-Business Most Influential Person.’ That same year, Irina also led public relations campaigns for clients such as, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Dane Co., Willy Street Co-op, End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin, Half Price Books, Office and Professional Employees International Union, and more.

Before moving to Madison, WI

Irina lived in Milwaukee, WI, where she was a journalist and wrote a column called, “I on the City.” Simultaneously, she was Manager and Events Coordinator for one of Milwaukee’s most historic places, Watt’s & Sons; The Tea Shop. She also taught English as a Second Language at Atwater Elementary. Irina spent some years on Lake Beulah in East Troy, where she and a business partner went to co-found East Troy Aviation, for which she acted as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager.

Irina is a Marketing and Communications Director of Executives Breakfast Club where she works with CEOs and transformational leaders to help make positive change in how business is done. Irina works independently with various clients on writing, creative, and marketing, and human resources initiatives and projects. Irina is also an elected member of the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Sun Prairie. She volunteers her time as a Board of Directors member of the Theatre Guild of Madison, and as the Sun Prairie Politics Group Administrator.

Irina is an unique marketer, writer, in that she understands strategy, has the ability to execute by getting stuff done (writing, content marketing, design, websites, social, events) AND has an engaging personality for building relationships directly with clients. People listen to her, trust her and want to buy from her.
— David McKnight, MBA
Irina helped me to establish my messaging and deliver a premier product that I am proud to promote. She dove into the details of my business, and came up with a compelling, cohesive, and heart-felt story of what it is that I do, and who I am as a person. She helped me to spotlight my brand the way I needed. Irina is a person to go to, and trust. Highly recommend!
— Jon Cotay, Founder and Owner of Akira Chicago, and Akira International
Irina is wonderful to work with! She has unique expertise in Content Strategy, Creative Leadership, and Social Media. She assumed a leadership role in The Creative Company, as the go-to authority for digital marketing, inspiring and motivating her colleagues. Irina possesses a winning combination of solid tech skills and business sense, and I learned a great deal from her. She has a very strong work ethic and unparalleled analytical and problem solving skills. I would have no hesitation working with Irina again in the future and would recommend her for any project that requires the very best in social media and marketing communications strategy and execution.
