For Cisco’s senior customers and partners, the Paris Olympics offered more than an exceptional invitation. The strategic opportunity was to deepen relationships and make “The Bridge to Possible” meaningful through the experience itself.
I developed the guest-journey strategy around the audience’s needs and the relationships Cisco wanted to strengthen. “Building Bridges” organized the experience into purposeful moments of anticipation, connection, and memory—giving each part of the journey a role beyond entertainment.
The completed program, Maison Cisco, transformed the Presidential Suite at Le Bristol into a hospitality setting for senior global leaders and their companions.

INSIDE THE STRATEGY
These excerpts from the strategy proposal show how the idea informed a five-day journey: from the invitation and welcome to shared spaces, cultural encounters, and a memorable finale. Paris provided the setting; the needs of the guests shaped the experience.
